Welcome back to Last Night’s Numbers, an occasional daily feature where we identify a handful of notable individual performances and extremely successful five-man lineup combinations. The box score numbers all come from Hoopdata’s advanced box scores. The lineup data is from Popcorn Machine’s Game Flows.

Notables:

Ricky Rubio, PG 38 MIN | 6-10 FG | 4-4 FT | 8 REB | 11 AST | 18 PTS | +22 | Rubio’s line, while impressive, doesn’t appear overwhelming. His 18 points came on a 76.5 TS%, very strong for him. But the real impact was in his 11 assists. 9 of those went for layups or three-pointers, and they were a big factor in Kevin Love and Michael Beasley combining for 63 points on 20-29 shooting.
Chris Paul, PG 37 MIN | 12-16 FG | 0-0 FT | 0 REB | 14 AST | 26 PTS | +10 | Paul dominated with efficiency. His 26 points came on an 81.3 TS%, going 6-8 from inside of 10ft. and 5-7 from beyond 16ft. 9 of his 14 assists went for layups or three-pointers. Just Chris Paul being Chris Paul.
LeBron James, SF 30 MIN | 8-12 FG | 5-7 FT | 11 REB | 8 AST | 22 PTS | +29 | James helped the Heat knock off the Heat with an incredibly well-rounded performance. He scored efficiently, with 22 points on a TS% of 72.9. He rebounded, with a TRB% of 27.5, tops in the game. He also set up his teammates with 8 assists, 7 of which went for layups or three-pointers.
Delonte West, SG 28 MIN | 9-12 FG | 2-2 FT | 3 REB | 6 AST | 25 PTS | +14 | West did his best Dirk Nowitzki impression, scoring 25 points in 28 minutes on a 97.0 TS%. He was 5-6 on three-pointers and chipped in 6 assists, 5 of which went for layups or three-pointers.

Delonte WestJason TerryShawn MarionLamar OdomIan Mahinmi – (Dallas Mavericks) – The Mavs’ got terrific contributions from their bench in a 122-99 win over the Suns. This group was +8 in 5:30 at the end of the 1st and 3rd quarters.
